Ms. B has taken on the role of “harmony creator” in order to bring peace to her Family Shared Home. She’s doing great work!
A member who has been struggling with a past trauma shared some tools she has learned through one of the groups offered here at COTS. With a light in her eyes and newfound confidence, she described a sense she now has of taking control again of her life and working with her pain rather than letting it rule her. She truly looked like a new person, it was a joy to see.
