Introduction - General
We are incredibly grateful and in awe of the abundant donations that this community makes to COTS throughout the year. We couldn’t do it without you!
Here are a number of ways you can help during the holidays:
Adopt a Family
Extend your generosity, by fulfilling a Wish List provided by a family in need. This allows our homeless parents some relief knowing their children will receive gifts during the holiday.

Holiday Giving Tree
Invite your colleagues, customers, and friends to participate. You provide the tree. We’ll provide decorated gift tags with wishes printed on them, or gift tags for individual children and adults.

Coordinate a Donation Drive
Drives are flexible, focused and a wonderful way for people to get involved as a team and make a difference.

Food Drive
Food drives are essential to our food box program, where last year at the Petaluma Kitchen we distributed 800,000 pounds of food to low-income families and seniors.
Hosting a food drive for the holidays is tremendously needed.
Please bring your perishable offerings to:

Holiday Meal Sponsorship
We recommend a grocery gift card or a meal voucher from local grocery stores. Each family has their own traditions. We found it works best if the family can pick up the supplies they need to make their unique holiday meal choices.
