Valley Fire
As the fires continue to rage, thousands of people are fleeing their community. Many will find shelter and support from family and friends. Many will not. These are the people that COTS, and our sister agencies in Sonoma County, stand ready to help.
Vision in Action — Summer 2015
An ongoing effort to keep all of our friends, supporters and stakeholders abreast of our work to end homelessness for families and veterans in Sonoma County. The heart of our strategy is multi-agency collaborations to increase effectiveness, lower costs and spread best practices.
