We provide over 300 meals every day and 350 food boxes every week to families, adults, veterans, and disabled members of our community. This steady supply of nutritious food allows people to not have to make a difficult choice between buying food and paying their rent.

Does COTS purchase food? Most of our purchased food comes in bulk, for pennies a pound, from the Redwood Empire Food Bank.
What else does the Petaluma Kitchen provide? Petaluma Kitchen staff are often the initial contacts for families or individuals who need referrals for housing, clothing, or medical resources in the community.
How much food is in a food box? Boxes include fresh fruits, vegetables, and dairy products. Each box weighs approximately 40 pounds, with enough food for about 32 meals.
