Services Center-Sponsored Conference for Homeowners
and Tenants Facing Financial Difficulties.

A host of experts
will be available to discuss options to solve financial
problems: dealing with debt (including bankruptcy,
payment plans and debt consolidation); guerilla budgeting
(finding money where you didn’t know you had it
and slashing expenses you didn’t know you could
cut); increasing income by home-sharing; identifying
public resources for which you may qualify; reducing
stress and finding support.
Participants will also be
able to meet with HUD-certified housing counselors,
who will be able to help you assess your situation and
your options. Some participants may be able to immediately
set a plan in motion to modify a mortgage. Our counselors
are bilingual in Spanish and English.
Those wishing an appointment
with a counselor must complete an application (available

 We
reached a most incredible milestone this month.
A brand new beautiful and healthy baby girl was
born to a couple living at the Family Center. Of
course, many babies have begun their lives with
us over the many years we’ve been working
